Something has to happen soon, Microsoft and ABK only extended the acquisition deadline to October 18th, next Wednesday, so if CMA doesn't make up their mind soon Microsoft and ABK will have to vote on a 2nd extension. Maybe Microsoft already knows that CMA approved the deal privately and will announce the approval tomorrow, so they plan to close later tomorrow soon after CMA announces publicly. Warren definitely seems confident in his sources who told him Microsoft plans to close tomorrow.
