It doesn't look like he is part of the team looking into the deal, but he is apparently in the European Commission so maybe he has some insight, Idk.

Ricardo has over 15 years’ experience in the European Commission, in the area of competition enforcement. He is currently Deputy Head of Unit responsible for antitrust enforcement in the energy and environment sectors in DG COMP. Prior to this he worked for five years as the Commission spokesperson for competition, presenting and defending DG COMP’s work to the media.

Good thing he isn't on the team making the decision from what I can find

But he's still a part of the EC which is a bit eyebrow raising when making comments like this, Lol. But honestly, I also think, if this is the only thing that EC truly cares about then it should pass easily, I'm confident that Microsoft will have no issue signing a contract to keep CoD multiplatform, they're just waiting to see what everyone else says first before making concessions.

I honestly think the only thing that Microsoft would fight them on (I.E. Court) is if they blocked CoD from launching into Game Pass. Heck, even if regulators said something like, they have to allow Sony the opportunity to put CoD into PS+ too, Microsoft can say okay, as long as they pay us a fair price and I don't see a scenario where Sony ever pays to have CoD in PS+ day one because the price would be ridiculous.

Once they add Campaign AI, Forgers could recreate small segments of certain Campaign levels, Lol.

Hopefully they have plans in the future to increase the budget even further.

Would be cool of them to add all the music tracks, voice lines, sound effects from previous Halo's into Forge.
