I want you to all know that every moment I was able to interact with you the community - here on Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, Mixer or at the many events I attended around the world, I cherished every single moment. Every hand shake, every time I got stopped on the streets around a convention (happened a lot), every discussion we had about games and every photo we took together.

I should have been more specific. 

This divesture in the cloud market for ABK seems very interesting. I am wondering if this will cover all ABK games, just COD or just the current games that are active. We already know MS does not have a lot of confidence in Cloud streaming as of right now but I wonder does this divesture allows Sony to at least put ABK games on PS+ in the UK something along those lines. I am really looking forward to more info on that deal.

Hoeg said that he thinks the deal will close on Monday.

After watching the Hoeg video I have changed my opinion, I think what Hoeg was saying lines up with that earlier FT report and that what’s most likely to happen now is that ABK and Microsoft are going to agree to a deal deadline extension with a heightened breakaway penalty as a sweetener to ABK shareholders and the deal will close in the next 1-2 months
