Anyway for FTC to win their appeal they have to convince 2/3 of the judges that Judge Corley made an error in law.

They get to appeal by right, but yes they have to assert true errors of law that would change the outcome. It's harder than even the original case.

Appeal might go on for a bit, unfortunately, they have to be granted an emergency stay to stop MS from closing after Friday but the appeal decision will come later.
Can't wait to hear about the relatives of these other 3 Judges and why they should be dismissed too...
