Canada is rather inconsequential that even if they did come back later and demand they divest Activision later, MS would absolutely ignore it.

Microsoft discussing with Xbox CFO Tim Stuart some Minecraft numbers.

Throughout this process Microsoft has said that Minecraft is the best point of reference for what makes sense to do with respect to Call of Duty.

Tim Stuart explained that exclusivity is just part of the games industry. For multiplayer, highly popular games like CoD there's no point in making them exclusive.

Larian Studios says it may have to make "compromises" to get Baldur's Gate 3 out on Xbox, with Microsoft engineers helping to get split-screen working on Series S:

I guess MS didn't consider splitscreen to be much of a thing this generation lol. At least not for a game that's power demanding.
