Confirmed Cloud is not a separate market, said that Cloud's market future can't be predicted by anyone (including CMA), admitted to foreclosing AAA content, said that Microsoft honours their contracts, admitted he wasn't worried about CoD's affect on PlayStation, said that Nintendo is in the console market, said that Activision would have never put CoD into PS+

Microsoft asks him whether Lee considered what Sony had said about Nintendo being a principal rival or close competitor, and asks about a specific statement about Switch. Lee: "rival means many things"

Lee is just being evasive, which won't help the FTC.

Microsoft now getting to submission to regulator(s) made by Sony in connection with its acquisition of Bungie. Lee previously had to confirm that he would assume such regulatory filings to be accurate.
