My believe is the biggest drivers, because PS5 and Xbox Series X/S all launche don the same effective date
Why would that lead you and the GLT not to include Nintendo in calculation for shares of console
Because PS5 and Xbox Series X?S are in the same time in their lifecycle.

Yes and so will affect past sales of PS5 and Series Consoles down. Didn't you know Tears of the Kingdom's direct competition is Ghost of Tsushima and Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

(It sounds like the FTC is taking some of Microsoft's internal metrics out of context in order to make its high-performance console market definition, but the point about Xbox being more competitive in US than Europe is noteworthy. We can't see docs to be sure though)

The FTC's line of questioning is basically "Mr Spencer. Here in which you compared consoles which don't have a D in their name, you only compared PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Why is that Mr Spencer?"
Like bruh. They just picking and choosing metrics which don't include Switch to support their "Switch isn't in the console market"
Also...It's f*cking irrelevant who a business says is their main competitor when we're talking about a market. Just cause you say someone else is a main competitor doesn't mean everyone else isn't in the same market, I can't make a mobile phone and say it doesn't compete directly with Apple so it isn't in the same market, Lmao.
