Is FTC's entire line of questioning going to be trying to remove Switch from the market? Which still doesn't give an SLC to PlayStation, Lmao.
FTC now trying to prove its PS+Xbox and U.S.-only market by pointing to Microsoft-internal performance evaluations, key targets, and market share calculations.

The supply market (games being provided for consoles) was defined as worldwide by the CMA (FTC's only ally).

Why was that

My believe is the biggest drivers, because PS5 and Xbox Series X/S all launche don the same effective date
Why would that lead you and the GLT not to include Nintendo in calculation for shares of console
Because PS5 and Xbox Series X?S are in the same time in their lifecycle.
