Blockbuster Bet of the Year

Me vs. @ice in a battle of giants; Final Fantasy 16 vs. Starfield.

I bet that Final Fantasy 16 will score higher on metacritic (highest platform reviews) than Starfield. Winner of the bet is owed a $60 game or games that equal in value.

This is going to be an easy 60 for me. Home boi Ice forgot about Xbox media bias, no 60 fps, and the immense pressure of xbox's only big hitter as of now. FF 16 has had great first impressions, and I see SE on the upswing.

I think it will marginally be Starfield! While many are excited about FF16, there’s definitely concerns from hardcore fans about the combat and the lack of a party system that may dox it a few points. Whereas Starfield is going all in on what makes Bethesda games great, but in space.

Yah but it is not about which one is the better game :) It is about which one is the Sony exclusive ;) 

Xbox is under pressure that none of the console makers have seen in years. They have to deliver. Redfall kinda f'ed things up where there be scores graded under the harshest of lights. Fallout 76 and Fallout 4... So much to prove. F4 got an 87 meta and that's the max i can see Starfield getting tbh. 

Plus... NO. 60. FPS.  

TBH this is a pretty close bet, yall's numbers are right next to each other. When does FF 16 reviews drop? imma cry if it's like 82 or something .
