How big is Tencent?

It's the biggest gaming company out there. As long as you don't count Sony and Microsoft as full gaming companies, but only their respective gaming branches.

A purely cloud based handheld is pointless. If you get a handheld is to play on the go, and you can't guarantee your internet connection like that. And if you are at home where your internet is decent, might as well play a home console.

The steam deck was a fail? It's seem like most people who have one think it's a great device.

To hardcore games it is a great device, but is it a great mass market device? Not so sure. Maybe time will tell.

Personally I think it will end up having a little cult following like Nintendo when they miss to hit the mark.
