Well get the free one of course! wait until the PS3 has a few decent games then buy one but in the meantime get a 360 and play two worlds mass effect and assassins creed (with rumble) The controller for the 360 is much better then the PS3. If you want to use the six axis functions play with your wii, which I think does it better. It fits your hands better, the 360 can use your PC to share files and watch media center on t.v. without needing to buy one of those connecting devices. Also I beleive that the quality of games on the 360 far exceed the games on the PS3 So in short get the free thing and have a blast!

 Just want to point out that Kingdom Hearts III has not been announced as a PS3 title -- exclusive or otherwise.

Everyone's talking like this is a free 360 out of nowhere. I'm guessing that a good friend has offered a birthday present of enough $$ for a 360. If so, buying either and selling for a profit won't go down too well. Maybe it's a staff deal or something, which would make it different. Advice? The fact there's a conflict means you want the PS3. So maybe that's the one. On the other hand, if it's only worth $200 to you, maybe you should go for the 360!

I already own a 360.. so I would get another 360 so that I could put one in my bedroom...

Also, i know a 360 will be having a price drop soon. I will never pay $699 for a PS3, so its now or never on the PS3, but the 360 could get a price drop in 4 months time ARGH the decisions.

I can't recommend getting a 360 at this time. Not until the new chips come out. Otherwise you could end up paying Microsoft $150 every few months. I can't really recommend getting a PS3 at this time either, unless you intend to do a lot of media streaming from your computer and watching high def movies. When more games come out, then I can recommend it. However, if you can get it for just $200, that's a much easier recommendation.

I don't know how you're getting this deal, but I recommend the 360 hands down. Unless it's ok to get the PS3, then sell it...but you'd probably break even on buying a 360 then...so forget it...just take the 360, trust me.

I wouldnt even buy a PS3 for $200 currently for what it can offer FOR ME. I don't care about blu-ray and most importantly 360 has exclusive titles that interest me whearas PS3 the only title I want is Tekken 6. And I wouldn't be suprised if it gets ported to 360. I'm also curious about Xbox Live service which every user seems to praise it despite it costs $. cmooooooooooon 360 price cut!
