And rare earth metals. And stolen grain. And stolen metal. Emptying prisons also helps as there are far fewer inmates to feed and supervise. They recently built an entire new divison consisting of prisoners with hepatitis B and C....

Fiscally, Russia can sustain the war almost indefinitely. And they only have to worry until Trump and his family cronies take over Washington DC..
