I think that what they specifically have a problem with is that NK will now have experienced units whereas before they didn't have any that have served in a war. They don't want NK to level up. So, the goal is to make Russia want to send them back. Here's a collection of a few articles that you can peruse at your own leisure:

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

Yep, totally fair imho
America is unsure and says they're waiting for further evidence but South Korea seems pretty damn certain it has already happened.

Article 3 states "in case a direct threat of armed invasion is created", the two nations "shall immediately operate the channel of bilateral negotiations for the purpose of adjusting their stands" and "discussing feasible practical measures". Article 4 of the treaty states that should either nation "put in a state of war by an armed invasion", the other "provide military and other assistance with all means in its possession without delay" in accordance "with Article 51 of the UN Charter and the laws of the DPRK and the Russian Federation".
North Korean–Russian Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership - Wikipedia
This treaty is a risk to South Korea as well, we know how insane Kim is already, all he needs to do is perform some false flag bullshit and then convince Putin that South Korea is about to attack his country and Russia will rush to their defence as per the treaty (although Russia's promises don't mean shit) but Kim's not a smart man.

North Korea has been making some unusual moves recently, and China's reaction is quite intriguing.
When it comes to North Korea sending troops to Ukraine, Chinese media do not support it. I saw a report on one of China’s major news site http://163.com that mentioned 18 of the North Korean soldiers recently sent to Ukraine have already fled. The article also argues that the fact that Russia is now using North Korean weapons suggests that its arms industry has taken a serious hit, and relying on North Korean soldiers highlights Russia's severe manpower shortage.
While this is widely known, hearing it from Chinese sources is still somewhat surprising.
It's obvious that China does not want North Korea to send troops to Ukraine. I believe Xi Jinping's calculation is that North Korea’s involvement won’t change the course of the war but will instead increase pressure from the West. Putin and Kim Jong-un are in a position where they have nothing to lose, but Xi Jinping is far from that point. He still wants to sell electric cars to Europe, and there are plenty of Chinese companies desperately looking to expand overseas.
Frankly, Xi Jinping does not want China to be labeled as part of a new "Axis of Evil" (China, Russia, North Korea, Iran). However, if he senses that conflict on the Korean Peninsula is imminent or that the Russia-Ukraine war is spiraling out of control, he may adjust his timeline for taking action on Taiwan.
He wouldn’t want to move on Taiwan after those situations have escalated, as by then he might be forced to send troops to the Korean Peninsula or deal with the psychological and political-military pressures resulting from Putin’s failure, which will make the move on Taiwan more difficult. Therefore, he may act on Taiwan before these crises unfold. This is a possible development worth keeping an eye on.
