F-16 compared with the Russian Su-35, which could be a fight that we will seee shortly in Ukraine

- F-16 has better radar, maneuverability due to thrust vectoring engine (can turn the exhaust to get additional turning power), better missles, has much better visibility for the pilot, and is smaller/lighter and can take off from shorter runways
- Su-35 is much larger which is a disadvantage in that it gets hit a lot easier ( bigger hitbox to use a gaming term ) has two engines so if one
fails it can still fly, and is less fragile.

Overall the F-16 looks better. The Su-35 definitely lives up to the stereotype of Russian equipment being more durable and heavier.

The F-16 can pull a maneuver that subjects the pilot up to 9g of force - that's how maneuverable it is. A Su-35 cannot do the same.

I'm also interested in what is sent to attach onto the F16s as much as the F16 itself.

Basically looks like it will pass with a clear majority.

But queue the useless hours of debate.

Somebody has told republicans about history books during the last week. "Think about how historians will write about you. That's how you will be remembered."

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.

Definitely more important these days, seems like we are in a new era of air warfare with things like stealth, radar, and long missle strikes as more important than dogfights

And today we have a result: everything has been decided in the ATACMS negotiations for Ukraine.

Ukraine will need certainly that next month especially considering how the expected offensive makes for a target-rich environment.

Yeah, they already have ATACMS cluster but I don't know if they're running low, hopefully America has a lot more cluster munitions, they're good for troop concentrations but the long range ATACMS will be a supplemental alongside Storm Shadow.

We hope they get the Precision Strike version, they already have the 165km cluster version.

House tweaks

The core of the bill mirrors much of what the Senate previously passed in February. But some key changes and additions made in the House carried extra weight with those who were formerly against the bill or wavering.

Those changes include transforming the measure’s $9.4 billion economic aid package for Ukraine into a forgivable loan, with a cost-matching requirement for European allies; authorization for the seizure of frozen Russian assets and use of the proceeds to distribute additional aid to Ukraine; and expanded sanctions on Russia and Iran.

Bernie Sanders (VT) and JD Vance (OH) are the MTGs of the Senate. I'm gonna call my Aunt who lives in OH and tell her to vote that guy out.
