Forums - Politics Discussion - Russia and Ukraine flashpoint

We almost lost America and losing America would have lost the war, the "escalation management" game the West was playing has resulted in a prolonged war, it could have resulted in Ukraine losing, I feel like the West just assumed they'd always have America's support, they aren't thinking ahead and only about tomorrow, this war needs to be ended "ASAP" not "as long as it takes" and we don't do that by telling Ukraine to charge headfirst into death with limited supplies, we give them everything they need to do it "quicker" but with as few casualties as possible.

Send ATACMS, send Taurus, send Ukraine all the AD it needs, significantly ramp up military productions, actually properly enforce sanctions on Russia, remove that stupid rule that Ukraine can't use weapons on Russian soil, send Ukraine enough equipment to hurt our own military readiness because the only threat to most of us is Russia, even if we have to worry about China, it won't be a war fought via land but the seas and skies, the former we can't give Ukraine anything for because the strait is closed and the latter we are only giving Ukraine our old plane models.

Hope Europe got a scare from America almost leaving and takes all the correct lessons from it, time for us to massively step up.

Are there any US troops in Greece?

If not, put a few thousand US troops in Greece and tell Türkiye to kick rocks.

Actually NATO as a whole should tell Türkiye to kindly fuck off.

Or America can just simply replace the systems but I like the idea of telling Erdogan to piss off.

Yeah, i bet that NATO has their reasons for keeping Turkey and Hungary in the group, but i'm starting to really doubt their usefullness in the organization at this point.

Unfortunately, Türkiye is quite important to NATO, they have a powerful military and geographically are in a strategic position, in addition to that, Türkiye controls the strait into the Black Sea which is currently closed and therefore Russia can't send any additional military ships into the Black Sea which is probably a huge help to Ukraine.

The issue is 100% Erdogan, he is just a fucker who plays all sides and that does benefit us slightly because while Erdogan is shaking Putin's hand one moment, he's knifing him in the black the next, for example by backing rival proxy forces to Russia's proxy forces, Lol. But he also treats Europe the same. He is the peak example of a person having no allegiances, he is only in it for himself.

Türkiye will hopefully be a better ally when he finally fucks off.

Hopefully Türkiye isn't in EU anytime soon.

As for Hungary, Lol. I'm not sure we need them in NATO and we especially don't need them in EU but if they want to remain part of NATO then I can accept the rest of NATO countries just refusing to share intel with Hungary, it ain't like Hungary is a threat to anyone, if they want to be part of a collective defence part then whatever, they cause way more problems in EU than they do NATO, in NATO we can just ignore them, Lol.

Case in point for Hungary.

Article 7 Hungary already JFC.

Someone show this MTG and she'll use it as proof of Ukrainian biolabs teaching squirrels to drop bombs on Russia.

If America leads, the free world will follow: "The British Prime Minister informed me of the allocation of the largest defense support package to date." - Zelensky said.
