Donald Tusk:

"Last night the Polish airspace was violated by a huge number of Russian drones. Those drones that posed a direct threat were shot down. I am in constant communication with the secretary general of Nato and our allies."

"We are dealing with a large-scale provocation … We are ready to repel such provocations. The situation is serious, and no one doubts that we must prepare for various scenarios."

Polish Prime Minister: For the first time during this war, the drones did not come from Ukraine, whether as a result of errors, disorientation, or small-scale Russian provocations. For the first time, a significant part of these drones entered Poland directly from Belarus,”

The Polish Prime Minister said that a total of 19 violations of Polish airspace had been recorded, but these are not the final figures. Of these, three drones had been confirmed shot down, and a fourth or more were likely to have been shot down.

Fucking 19?! 19 drones, many of which flew directly into Poland via Belarus? Others flew directly into Poland via Ukraine. 19?! This is fucking infuriating now, a few drones being sent into Poland to avoid Ukraine's AD then rounded back into Ukraine is one thing, but fucking 19 drones, flying directly into Poland and carrying on, is not a fucking accident, this was fucking intentional, I don't give a fuck what Russia says, this was a test, Russia testing our limits, and NATO will once again do absolutely fuck all so Russia can push the limits further.

Poland’s government will hold an emergency meeting at 08:00, according to a spokesperson. Prime Minister Tusk says he has informed NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and remains in constant contact.

Four airports, including Warsaw Chopin, Rzeszów, Modlin, and Lublin, were temporarily closed.

Russia deliberately and strategically attacked Poland with drones, says Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak. The goal: to test the West’s response system, shock Europe, and normalize the idea of war spreading across the continent.

Last night, Russia carried out the most massive attack on Ukraine in the past four months. Ukrainian air defense destroyed or suppressed 413 targets: 386 drones and 27 missiles. Strikes were recorded in 17 locations — 16 missiles and 21 drones. At least 8 drones flew towards Poland.

Oh so they still did fire their missiles as well, even after this drone "accident"

Debris from a Russian drone damaged the roof of a residential building and a car in the Polish town of Wyrki (Lublin Voivodeship). No casualties were reported, and local authorities are assessing the damage.

Damage to a Polish home after a Russian drone crashed into it. Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Tusk calls the incident a “massive provocation” but insists there’s no reason to panic and life will continue as normal. Talks with allies are ongoing.

And thus Russia will do it again, whatever the reason, Russia has just found out where a new NATO line is, that we won't even do anything if Russia throws 19 drones into our airspace, another fucking display of pathetic cowardice from NATO, another line pushed further by Russia, this is the type of cowardice that will convince Russia to eventually invade a country like Latvia. Maybe Ukraine shouldn't join NATO, a completely pathetic organisation, Russia could invade Latvia and NATO would say "Oh Russia just accidentally forgot where the borders were"

I don't give a FUCK whether this was accidental or not, and I don't buy for a second that 19 drones, many directly from Belarus, was accidental, it was a test of NATO's resolve, our response times and our lines, and Russia just learned a lot of valuable information, accident or not (again, I don't believe it was an accident). But who gives a fuck if it was an accident? We have 19 fucking drones violating Poland's airspace, accident or not, we have drones exploding in Poland, accident or not, we have drones landing on Polish peoples houses, accidents or not.

THERE WOULDN'T BE THESE FUCKING "ACCIDENTS" IF RUSSIA WASN'T INVADING UKRAINE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

There BETTER be a fucking strong response to this.

French President Macron called the Russian drone incursion into Polish airspace “simply unacceptable” and expressed full solidarity with Poland. He said he will speak soon with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, stressing: “We will not compromise on the security of our allies.”

Useless Twat.

Moscow had been preparing drone attacks on Poland since July, using Polish and Lithuanian SIM cards in UAVs, Defense Express reports. Polish authorities were warned about test connections to their mobile networks. The likely goal was to gather intel on Poland’s air defense systems.

Czech PM Petr Fiala says Russia’s drone attack, which reached Polish territory, is a direct test of NATO’s defense capabilities. “It’s hard to believe this was a coincidence. The Putin regime threatens all of Europe and is systematically probing how far it can go,” he wrote.

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas says Russia’s violation of Polish airspace was likely deliberate, not accidental. “Russia is escalating the war, not ending it,” she said, calling for stronger support for Ukraine and bigger investment in European defense, including the Eastern Border defense line

“This is no longer a coincidence, it is simply an attack,” said PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, responding to the Russian drone incursions into Poland. “Today is a special day; we are dealing with an attack on Poland,” he added.

At least a few aren't living in complete delusion, but what are you going to do about it?

Good thinking, if several dozen of military drones are simultaneously violating your airspace, there are indeed indications that it was done intentionally.

Lol. Embarrassing, the country at war is offering to help defend NATO when it should be the other way around, this violation should cause NATO to finally start shooting down drones and missiles which get close to our borders, it should be a case of us losing any fucking 'good will' we have with Russia in this matter, NATO should create an anti-air zone from Poland extending about 100km into Ukraine and say "Because your drones entered our fucking country and we had to shoot them down, from now on we're shooting down any drones that come close to our borders" at the absolute minimum should be our response, we should start working with Western Ukraine to shoot down the drones.

Either Russia did it on purpose, or a Belarusian sent it on purpose in order to allow NATO to actually do something and the Belarusian wants to try to escape from their overlords.

But it seems in both cases, NATO doesn't want to do anything.

Belarus are saying they tried to intercept the drones with their own jets before they reached Poland, but I still don't buy that for a second, I think they "tried" but "oh, how terrible, we 'accidentally' missed a few" because we're talking about fucking 19 drones entering Poland, Lol. Remember these drones entered Poland from both Ukraine and Belarus too, it was just that most came from Belarus.

I don't buy this was Ukrainian jamming either (still would be Russia's fault for firing the drones in the first place) but that jamming would have had to be a seriously long range to spread from Ukraine and into Belarus, that seems unlikely. It also seems unlikely to me this was a rogue agent when it was 19 drones and coming from different entry points, it would have had to be multiple rogue agents from both Russia and Belarus.

But you're right, NATO will likely do nothing and ultimately whatever the reason, whether it was accidental or not, Russia now knows a new NATO limit and that new limit is further in distance than it was before, I'd not be surprised if this 'accidentally' happens again in the future, it's almost guaranteed to happen again if NATO doesn't respond with anything but strongly worded letters.

Accident or not, it wouldn't have happened if Russia wasn't illegally invading another country.
