This $$$$$ could be spent on the people, but instead they have to buy tanks or whatever in order to defend against russia.  This is why they deserve everything bad that is happening to their nation.  Economy, Alchoholism, demographic issues, flight to other nations, brain drain, etc etc etc.  

And all this comes on top of the economic shock caused by the war in the first place, which followed very soon after the pandemic, which also caused a bunch of problems. The only good thing about this is that it's costing Russia, which caused this whole thing, even more.

Yup. And the reality is that the "child" Putin is completely manipulating the shit out of Trump and he is either too fucking stupid to realise it or he is just Russia's little asset, Putin isn't a child when it comes to Trump, he is Trump's master. He has managed to evade every single consequence that Trump has threatened him with for going on 7 months now, that's an impressive level of manipulation. Every "next two weeks" and "sanctions soon" and then nothing happening, is Putin making a complete mockery of the USA.
