🚨 The "truce" Putin declared for May 8–10 isn’t about peace — it’s about protecting VIP guests in Moscow, says Ukraine's Presidential Office.

This move is seen as pure manipulation, not a real step toward ending the war.

In an interview with The Atlantic, Trump discussed his stance on military aid to Ukraine:

"Not necessarily on Zelensky’s side, but on Ukraine’s side... It doesn’t have to be weapons. It can be weapons with sanctions, with banking, many other forms of support."

Meloni: Italy stands with Ukraine in its fight for freedom. We support Trump's efforts and Zelensky's openness to an unconditional ceasefire, showing Ukraine's desire for peace. But Putin’s 3-day ceasefire is insufficient. Real peace needs solid security guarantees

Trump’s proposed Ukraine deal would force Kyiv to cede territory, abandon NATO hopes, and accept shaky security guarantees — all while Russia faces no real accountability. Experts warn it could end Zelensky’s presidency and trigger chaos in Ukraine.

🇦🇺 M1A1 Abrams tanks promised to Ukraine as part of Australia’s $245M aid package have not yet left the country, ABC reports. Delays are due to the Trump administration halting military aid approvals. Australia still plans to deliver 59 tanks to Ukraine in 2025.

🇰🇵 North Korean TV is already talking about the "liberation" of Russia’s Kursk region from "neo-Nazis." Meanwhile, Russian media report that North Korea may deploy its troops to occupied Ukrainian territories to fight against Ukrainian forces. Another (unanswered) escalation?

Calls from the U.S. for elections in Ukraine as a condition for peace talks have quietly disappeared from official rhetoric — Radio Svoboda. Meanwhile, EU and Ukrainian officials fear Trump could walk away from Ukraine-Russia peace talks, citing slow progress as a reason to claim success.

“Ukrainians just don’t appreciate my genius peace initiatives. I mean, I’m practically saving their entire nation! And if they don’t realize it soon - well, too bad, because that nation’s about to be crushed. Russia? Huge military machine. Let’s be honest.” – Trump.

Russia Suffering Wave of Car Bomb Attacks as Electronic Warfare Chief Dies
https://www.newsweek.com/russia-bomb-attack-car-2064893

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This could be from any of the following:
-Ukraine
-Putin
-other russians becoming territorial or wanting his job

Who knows anymore? The fact is that Russia has had many of these attacks lately. the positive thing is that this kind of thing makes working in the military or military-industrial complex a toxic environment, since everyone is worried whether they'll be killed next or who the can/can't trust. I love the paranoia that this is causing russia.

Keep fighting ukraine.

Putin has announced the creation of a project to use large submarines as a way to transport liquefied natural gas and it's hilarious. So, Russia is probably doing this because they have had several transport ships inadvertently catch a fire or become incapacitated. But the solution is pretty bad as well. The delivery won't be as cheap as it once was because they can stack those cargo ships several stories high. Contrast that to a cramped submarine. This war makes evil putin do some desperate things

It warms my heart that Ukrainian Mossad will be hunting war criminals for decades.

I used to love watching Munich which is basically the plot that you just described.  And I talk some shit towards the big 3 but I also support the Israelis and whatever difficulties they are up against. True warriors that never rest.

Ukraine and the US have signed an agreement to create a Reconstruction Investment Fund. The fund will be based on 50/50 partnership, ensuring full Ukrainian control over resources. 🇺🇦🇺🇸 The Investment Fund established under the agreement on natural resources will operate as follows:

U.S. Contribution: The United States will contribute to the Fund with both direct financial resources and potentially additional assistance, such as air defense systems for Ukraine.

— MAKS 24 👀🇺🇦 (@maks23.bsky.social) 30 April 2025 at 23:09

Ukraine's Contribution: Ukraine will contribute 50% of the revenue generated from new royalties on new licenses for resource extraction. Ukraine may also make additional contributions if deemed necessary, establishing a long-term partnership for the coming decades.

— MAKS 24 👀🇺🇦 (@maks23.bsky.social) 30 April 2025 at 23:09

Investment Focus: The Fund will invest in projects related to the extraction of minerals, oil, and gas, as well as infrastructure and processing projects associated with these industries. Ukraine and the U.S. will jointly determine the specific projects to be funded.

— MAKS 24 👀🇺🇦 (@maks23.bsky.social) 30 April 2025 at 23:09

Profit Allocation: For the first ten years, any profits or funds generated by the Investment Fund will not be distributed but instead reinvested into Ukraine for new projects or reconstruction. Specific terms for these reinvestments will be negotiated in the future.
