So, Trump is demanding $500 billion in materials for our help.

They may be Russian someday, or they may not be Russian someday. But we’re going to have all this money in (Ukraine) and I say, I want it back,"

He's such a scumbag. So basically he is demanding the $500bn whether Ukraine wins or not. Hopefully Zelenskyy plays him and writes the deal on the back of the Budapest Memorandum then rips it after the war is over, Lol.

He reports that an initial Ukrainian attack was repelled, but Ukrainian forces launched another assault. He calls the situation chaotic, with heavy combat and a significant Ukrainian presence.

🇺🇸 Trump secretly expanded envoy Stephen Witkoff’s role to open a backchannel with Russia, per NYT.

Witkoff, originally appointed as a Middle East envoy, has already spoken with Putin’s allies and discussed Ukraine in Saudi Arabia & Qatar.

"They can make a deal or not, become Russian or not, but our money is there. And I said I want it back."

Sigh...Parroting complete bullshit, the "money" is in Ukraine in the form of equipment and weapons, not actual money, the majority of the money actually remains in America because America simply sends Ukraine their old, already built equipment for the most part (with exceptions) which isn't being used and is being replaced by newer stuff anyway, so in turn America pumps money into their own country, into their own manufacturing, creating jobs in mostly red states, to build newer equipment for their own military. It's already a win for America.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 The White House will push Europe to buy more American weapons for Ukraine. The goal is to sustain aid without spending U.S. funds directly. This will be discussed at the Munich Security Conference this week, with Secretary of State Rubio present.

Right, they've hit another milestone.  I think that if the war hasn't been stopped this year, Russia will soon have 1 million casualties.

For such a high price, Zelensky should demand whatever equipment he wants, including access to missles and some amount of intel from the United Sates.  That's an incredibly high price for a poor nation in the middle of a war to pay but the advantage of dealing with someone who is ammoral like Trump is that it's just another business deal to him.  If Trump delivers the goods, then it was worth it, because the damage to Ukraine will be worse than giving up some minerals.  Zelensky can also play the game right back and lower production so that the next president, who may well be much wiser and generous, may forgive the debt in this agreement.

It's not aid if you sell your stuff. They truly are bastards. USA would probably even sent their troops to Ukraine under Trump if the money would be enough. Not to help...to make money
