I don't mind the casting choices. Without seeing it I'm sure the look of the actors is the least of that films problems.

And yet the casting manages to be the film's best asset. Everything is else is just... no.

None of the other movies were that great or tied into the games that well, so wasn't expecting this to be any better. I'll watch it sometime, but no hurry... I'll wait for it to be streaming from somewhere that I have a subscription for.

When it comes to video games turn to live action movies, I'd much prefer it if they just did a full CG movie keeping the same voice actors, characters will look pretty much the same etc.

I'd much rather watch a CG movie of Metal Gear Solid voiced by David Hayter as Snake, than the live action starring Oscar Isaac (if that's still happening).
