The tweet from Eurogamer is accurate, but not complete. Activision's lawyers filled for an emergency motion, and that was denied.

Like I needed any more reason to hate Activision. Say what you will about EA (and there's a lot to say about them), at least they don't coddle employees who threaten and abuse other employees/people. In fact, they recently fired one of their ex-employees for this kind of thing as you may recall.
