Yeah, the mods have their own forum on another site, and they discuss quite a few things there. You'd be surprised how much power the mods really have. ;)

Sometimes when banning is in order and stuff like that ... I know they talked about me when I got drunk and spammed with a few smilies... but I don´t know what they sayed... just that they let me off with a mild punishment...

Depends. They discuss repeat offenders, and big stuff like the Weezy incident. His banning was a joint decision made by the moderators and ioi.
Though I'm sure they discuss far more than just that. :P
