Damn I keep getting stuck at work. Anyway the European GPs are quite dull compared to the American GPs so don't think I am missing all that much. As long as I can make the American GPs on Fridays I'm happy.

Yes. A two star ranking looks naked. It also looks like you gave up.

I think I am most of the way there for 150cc and mirror mode, because I had to work on those to get 2 star, and got quite a few 3 stars in the process. But for 50cc and 100cc I am mostly 2 stars because I had already achieved them when I was aiming for 1 star (some before I aimed for 1 star)

It just seems like a chore for what is basically a useless trophy.... especially on 50cc as it takes about 10 minutes to get round Luigi Circuit (slight exaggeration)

It's only useless for people that don't have it. How low is your VR now?

^It's at 670 I think.... although my 2 VS rankings averaged is still over 5000.

I have definitely given up.  I just can't be bothered with something which seems so random.  I have had some GPs were I thought I drove flawlessly and was guaranteed a 3 star ranking and then the results come up and I get 2 stars.  It's one of the most annoying experiences ever.  And I'm not ready to commit the hours into playing GPs and hoping Mario Kart randomly gives me a 3 star ranking at the end of a GP rather than 2 star.
