So what will  be the topic of these threads? Just a general extension to the off topic or will anything go?

Well I thought this would be a good place to discuss things that may not be suitable for the front page, and things for articles on the front page (research help)

I don't think there would be a problem talking about why someone got banned here, or some other problem that is not for the front page.

You'll see in a moment, there is some info I need but I don't want to have to deal with rabbid fan boys. or get crap later about the info I got because of how I got it.

You don't have to worry about me I'm pretty chilled and I'm not as fanboy. These discussion could be very fun.

The only type of forum that isn't represented on VGChartz is an "Adult Forum".

-Since this forum is hidden I would allow the use of fairly profane language. Feel free to say something like "I had a fucking shitty day at work because my boss is nothing but a huge, gaping, bloody asshole". Obviously sexist and racist stuff is still off limits.

-Assume that everyone is 18, so you can talk about an interesting sexual experience you had and go into full detail. Other adult subjects allowed.

-Heavily discourage inane and spammy type threads. Encourage threads that leave things open to discussion and the exploration of ideas.

I don't know, it could work. Maybe not. Admin may not like it.

 Sure, but what's the difference? Is it something like:

"We had hot sweaty sex that lasted for hours"

or

"When my penis was stroked that way it felt really good"

And why limit it to R? What's the no-no about NC17 all about?

If it's just an extension of the off-topic forum then there's always ways to use euphemisms to tone anything down to PG-13. If it's just a secret clubhouse board for people that are "nominated" and have over 1000 posts that's cool. Off-topic doesn't appear to non-members on the front page anyways so I'm not sure what wouldn't be an appropriate subject. What is your idea? 

The reason for no N17 or X is once it goes there it won't come back. Then it will just be the "adult forum" and will get filled up with porn and porn links.

And yeah I'm thinking kinda of a club type thing.

Also If one wanted to discuss a problem they had with another member here this would be a great place to do it. Where the thread would be closed on Off-Topic.

So thats kinda what I'm thinking now. But we don't even know how ioi will react when he finds out. So we will see how things go.

I wasn't suggesting that links to porn or the posting of X-rated images be permitted. 

If it's going to be a club then you better make the rule "What goes on in Section 8 stays in Section 8." 

I'll come up with some club rules and post them.
