Set aside your political differences for a moment and be open for the context of this video,the way some publishers/higher ups treat their employees/developers is just ridiculously inhumane and in a lot of cases it involves a person with too much ego and power that just thinks he/she can do as pleases without facing consequences.
Publishers themselves are guilthy and make this behaviour possible by their lack of caring,they hide behind their virtuous PR messaging and sadly most of us do not give a damn as long as we get our beloved product.
