That is backwards compability though. Not a seperate buyable SKU.

Yes it's BC mode for both on day 1 but after launch they both get "free next gen" patches as per the developer. It's in the tweet above. Both versions have the same type of patch and there is no separate buyable sku for Xbox Series X either but it remains in that list. In the interest of accuracy shouldn't both be on the list for their respective platforms? Or at least per your reasoning of no separate "buyable" sku then remove the Series X listing as well.

The developer, which took money and/or support from Sony (and maybe also Epic) for exclusivity, will have to bring LDI to an Xbox and a Nintendo system, if they want to avoid to be sued by some of their Kickstarter backers. The game was funded for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Wii U in May 2015. Some backers are pretty pissed, see comments in link below. ATM it‘s not sure though if the game will come to X1 or XSX.

I was only speaking about the Series X version as it's counted in the OP. That version isn't confirmed.
