Does Nintento Power hate Nintendo now? That's quite a large gap between the only 2 reviews available. Hopefully, more reviews come in to convince me to add this to my collection.

I don't trust Nintendo Power blindly, I just take the average and look at the most reviews. Most scores count. Sometimes I wonder what Nintendo Power is holding against Nintendo, to think that in every US Nintendo game comes an advertisment to become a member of the magazine... :-/
