And yet as shown by some of the comments here you still have thousands of people bending over waiting to get effed. Some people are very shallow thinkers and are unable to look past the pretty surface and see the scum that hides beneath. Same problem with Pokemon S/S although a lot of that has to do with younger gamers lacking the mental capacity.

I would refrain myself from such statements about people that want to play it.
Yes, customer service, advertising and the handle of the old client are abysmal, but none of those actually say anything about the gameplay and/or story. In the end of day WC3 is still a great game, with great character arcs and very fun to play, which is exactly why it just make blizzard decisions even more sinful

I mean I could when it comes to fire arms, tax evasion, or just feeding into bad habits, but in this case I'm not going to just let that slide.
This revamp is just straight up objectively bad, and this isn't the kind of piss poor quality to expect from Blizzard, so why on earth do I have to put up with whiny buyers remorse folk?, because let's be honest, anyone here defending or seeking to defend this piece of garbage is literally speaking from buyers remorse, the fact that they have to defend their purchase, or face total ridicule, it's psychology 101 at it's finest, especially in gaming. No one wants to be told they are feeding into the cesspool of shit, that keeps churning out more shit, no one wants to be told they are feeding a bad thing.
Sooner or later, those same people are going to run into an issue where they find something rotting and getting worse with their favourite genre or product, and by default mentality, they'll naturally want it to not rot, instead for it to get better and improve. However, if they turn out to be one of those *shrug* and move onto the next thing type, then they can be called out for just letting something they love turn to shit. Like if you love something, if you truly do, you would want things to get better, you would want to do something to make that thing better, not easily give up on it like a typical dolt (yes, idiots are quick to give up on just about anything that takes too much thought or effort).
At the end of the day, this game isn't what the fans wanted, let alone those who were content with just playing the OG game from 17 years ago, but now cannot. Those that are easily content with it can do what they will, but they are also within the minority, going by the refund calls, outrage, reviews and general overwhelming negativity that spreads by each day a new fuck-up is found. Blizzard should have known better than to do this, and they are not expected to just churn out garbage and call it a day, let alone illegally ban people for helping others get a refund on a product they bought, that's fucking insane as all hell, and I even went to lengths to ask multiple managers from where I work, and all of them, all 8 of them thought what Blizzard did was fucking insane in terms of legality.
I really hope the Aussie courts smash Blizzard for this, because this is in no way normal or acceptable behaviour from just about any company. You do not deny refunds and then ban customers for seeking info/a refund in general. Boy do I wish for insanely heavy sanctions placed upon companies that even attempt to do this, to severely cripple them for even thinking such an insane idea. No company on earth should ever think "I'm a greedy bitch and I want to deny refunds, but also ban people for asking!" without getting a crippling fine.
