Forums - Sony Discussion - FF7 Remake: PlayStation Store Issues Emails About Preorders

Just like the Square Enix Store sending out emails for customers to opt back in their preorder, the PlayStation Store is doing the same. I don't know if this is only for US PlayStation customers or for all customers, but be sure to check your email including spam and junk folders. If you're skeptical then I suggest contacting playstation support. I don't want anyone losing their preorders.

I think this might only apply to people who preordered before the release date change to April 10, 2020.
