The 13 year old had no idea what could happen if he wasn't careful with giving out online Credit Card Information, and suddenly began to realize stealing it from his parents was not a good idea. His parents money stolen, they had to save money, by canceling their internet service.

In one final grasp for safety, ioi instituted a new sign-up form and many new security requirements, to keep evil lords like 13 year olds away from the Nearly obliterated Video Game Chartz.

Other 13 year olds like leo-j and wii forever have tried and they usually end up getting banned... Soriku posts a lot but he never really attacks other people or post things that are incredibly dumb..
