American company acquiring an American company, the only Democrats with concerns were dealt with, even one major Democrat (Chuck Schumer) is urging Microsoft to invest more into New York, CMA are supporting it which helps, and FTC has limited funds, I don't see them picking a fight with Microsoft considering the political pull they have.

As for EU. Yes, Microsoft only notified them now, but they've been talking with EU for months already, it's sort of like "Phase 0" and now we're in Phase 1 of EU which lasts until November 8th, Phase 2 adds an extra 90 days, but only 4-5% of transactions go to Phase 2 in the EU but if it does get the extension, it will line it up with UK.

Honestly think UK will take the longest, Lol. Should still be within the timeframe though, looking at around Feb-March now.

- There's always canned projects and delays, especially in recent years. Far as online goes, Halo Infinite has desynch issues ( biggest problem imo) otherwise a decent game with missing features at launch. (imo best core gameplay since Reach)

- Again not sure the relevance, it wasn't even in the game just at a Tournament and I'm pretty sure CoD already had stuff tied to the military, way more than Halo ever had. I get it was annoying as hell as a viewer but, antitrust? 

I mean if Jim Ryan wants to look even more like a joke, I think he should go for it.
