Sean W can be so annoying lol. His latest rant video is 343 needing to just abandon Infinite and make a new game. At least that's what Pierre needs to convince Microsoft to do in order to advance his career. He points at 343 not having the luxury CD Projekt did with with CP2077 having the anime.

It's like he puts the resurgence of the game 100% on the anime. As if CD Projekt didn't work their asses off putting out massive updates for a year and a half straight, and still not done, leading up the games expansion next year. He forgets the anime didn't even release till a week after the 1.6 patch and player numbers were already slowly on the rise by the time the anime released because everyone was starting to realize the game was good now. Ultimately though for both games, there was a good game there the whole time. The developers just really needed to dig themselves out of that hole. CD Projekt is finally giving us the game it always should have been, including the official mod tools with patch 1.6, and Pierre has a chance now to do the same with Infinite.

Advance his career to where? Man is already Head of 343, Lol.

Pierre was brought in to fix TMCC and he did it, he didn't abandon it and that's likely what got him the job as Head of 343i. Can't think of anything worse than Pierre going to Phil and being like "nah, I can't save it man, let's just shut it down, cancel the Battle Royale, cancel Forge, cancel everything we have in development for it, we have to start from scratch, give me 5 years minimum and bear with me as 343 makes gigantic losses"

So stupid, the foundation of Infinite is great, it just needs content, Lol.

Cyberpunk had multiple mini resurgences way before the anime too, likely would have had one with the next expansion too. Gamers have short term memories, I can name about a dozen games that launched either broken as shit, lacking a huge amount of content or severely disappointing and yet went on to be successful thanks to the developer not abandoning it, Lol.

Sean W did NOT like my comment I left on his video and saying that it's just his theory even though he spent the entire video saying what needs to be done lol. He also uses Brad Sams comments from earlier in the week as part of his reasoning lol

Maybe since the last gen PS4 version was announced at the TGS they felt no need to announce a X1 version for Japan and just never put out an international information.
