Just installed Windows properly on my SteamDeck (got the 512GB) and I finally bought a 1TB SD card. It works like a charm, and I have no issue at all with any game. this is the perfect portable Xbox :)
This shows how Microsoft and their Xbox Play Anywhere games (or even not Xbox Play Anywhere but with a  PC version) strategy is so amazing for the consumer... I really do not get the people complaining about that and wanting games ONLY on a console...

So GamePass works with no issue on it?

I do not have any issue at least. Steam released all drivers now and sound works too. It is really no different than any other PC :)
And performance wise, it is really okay. You can play some games at medium at 60FPS. 

It uses a bit more battery on Windows than SteamOS but for being able to run every Windows games + Emulators; that's really okay

I already have a Switch which I am planning to use for travel down time in the future.

Right now I use my 3DS as the only "portable" system, and that is when I take my break from work.

My main worry is maintaining the data when playing a game from Steam and maintaining a constant connection, I guess my 20 GB hotspot will be okay with that but I'm gonna wait it out a bit more. If anything I'll just use a gaming laptop in the future (speaking of which I need to get a new one, my "current" one is from 2014 lol.)

I'm not too worried about power these days because I always carry a power bank with me.

One thing: this thing is huge :) I really like it and it does what I need but if you are using a 3DS right now; this is really another game :)

Also, to make it work with GamePass, it took me a while and some "custom" steps. For instance the controller is not working out of the box; it really emulate a mouse (the buttons, which is not bad actually). But you need some work to be able to use the controller in non steam games (GamePass, Epic, etc...)

I wonder if those Peronsa announcements and Kojima partnership had any effect on these sales lol. Series X isn't usually so close to Series S.

Their next two games are not MMOs though, Crimson Desert and DokeV.
