I have brought more snaity and reasonable arguments in the form of facts from reliable internet scources and print mags to this thread than anyone else yet everyone with a hard on for DLC has completely ignored or skimed over them. So to recap I'll relist all the links that disprove the rumor of massive city DLC.

How many times do fanboi's in here need to be browbeat with indisputible proof before they get pwnd and STHU.

All the first link said was that the DLC will be well worth the money. It did NOT say what the DLC would be. And why would it, the interview was conducted by IGN's PS3 division.

Everyone reasonable in this thread has acknowledged that the payment was an advance. But those reasonable people (and in this case, you are not included) have also pointed out that the $50 million dollar cash advance came at a time when Take Two desperately needed it and it is therefore likely Microsoft leveraged something very special from them. Also, if the DLC is excellent and sells well, Take Two gets to keep any revenue above and beyond $50 million, providing an incentive to make large, successful DLC.

As for the third link? The link within a link proved do be a dog, mentioning nothing about the length of the DLC. Even if it had, ten hours of extra core gameplay (and god knows how much collectibles/screwing around gameplay) would almost certainly mean the addition of extra physical areas to the game.

I'm not reading the whole magazine, but given noone in the thread of people that did read it even mentioned DLC im going to go right ahead and assume that your wrong.

Now I'm going to explain something too you.  Being the official Xbox 360 magazine does NOT make them a Microsoft mouthpiece.  It makes them the only endorsed magazine, which you'll find does not equate to that many exclusives and does not prevent them from printing rumour and speculation if you go over their history.

When Microsoft wants to say something, it uses an executive, PR rep, or press release.
