Forums - Sony Discussion - Sony Mobile effectively exiting US market amid slowing sales of smartphones

I'm American. I will buy a Sony phone soon.

I had an Xperia XA1 Plus until 2 months ago, my dad has an XA1 Ultra (pretty much the same in larger)

But mine was constantly hanging and the battery drained way too fast. Got a Nokia 7 Plus after that and it runs like a charm unlike the hot mess that was Sony's phone.

Did I mention that I often charged my Sony phone with the power adapter from my Switch? Sony and Nintendo in unison...

Rectangular design is one of the main reasons I got myself a Xperia XZ Premium, along side with the curiosity of how 4K HDR implemented on mobile devices screen, it's good overall, it's a cool device and I love the design a lot, but the system sucks anyway, never as smooth as any of iphones I used.

Well sad news for Americans, but they'll save for the company

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

I've never known anyone with a Sony phone.

They are nonexistent here.
