wish EA buy them, because i hate that ROCKSTAR always used to make SONY favours...
So always multiplatform GTA without any difference between any version, even in advertising...

Wait ... what are you talking bout ... last I checked Take 2 was the one not releasing 1 game after the next year over year and pressuring their developers to finish a mediocre piece of crap in less than 365 days ...
Look at BioShock a good 2 years ... GTA IV 3-4 years ... Mafia 2 ... I mean name something for EA that goes through that level of development ... and you tell me TTWO dont give their guys any rope ... freakin
Their old management team made a few mistakes ... it takes a good 6 - 9 months to clean up the mistakes (blame the legal system for being a bit slow) ... and then an additional 6 - 9 months reinvigorate the business (restructing, acquistions, etc.)

Indeed! And for those planning on listening it might not hurt to read up on Robert's Rules of Order as they sometimes used at these meetings (although typically they aren't adhered to the best).

I actually agree with you but the obvious answer to the bolded part is Spore. That game has gone through a boatload of development.
The first blow?

Take-Two is apparently the object of a class-action suit by one of its alleged shareholders who claims, basically, that the circumstances surrounding Take-Two's refusal to sell to Electronic Arts are so fiscally irresponsible it's criminal.
NPD made me forget about the stockholders meeting.
@DonWii: I created a thread about it, it was pretty uneventful:
