It's quite interesting that the PS4 still managed to outship the Switch for the FY and the Quarter. The PS4 was definitely beat when combining Japan, USA, France, and Spain, so that leads to the thought of PS4 doing quite well in many other countries.

Switch FY: 16.95m
PS4 FY: 17.8m

Switch Q4: 2.47m
PS4 Q4: 2.6m

Where did you get Switch sold more than PS4 in Spain?. I'm pretty sure it didn't.

Sorry I should clarify, it is Japan+USA+France+Spain combined. I use those 4 because we tend to get good data from those markets.

Sony haven't over forecast PS4 shipments, so this 16M is about sure. And I'm glad I was point on correcting the forecast of Sony and Nintendo in 2018. Sony said 16M and Nintendo 20M, I said it would be more in line of both close to 18M with PS4 edging above.

With this forecast 130M is very safe.

Good summary. But for the accumulated on Shelves the summary box doesn't match.

"Operating Profit forecasted :
(+) PS4 hardware cost reduction"

^ People on Resetera are saying this hints at a possible PS4 Super Slim (7nm) comeing soon, with a lower price point.

edit:

If when the PS5 launches its 499$, and theres a 149$ PS4 Super Slim on the market, I think the PS4 will keep selling decently a few years into the PS5.
Not everyone will be willing to go out and drop 500$ on a console, and kids will beg their mom&dads, and the parents will go out and bring home a cheap PS4. I could see that happending, might not have quite the legs the PS2 had, but it ll still sell decent I think.
