My take on this rumored, probably the spec is close to the truth and because it was also leaked by the same forum who leaked Wii U spec and so far the spec is inline with all the early rumored spec. Also Navi 10 supposed to replace Mid class GPU from 2016 and will bring new 7 nm node chips and gaining 2 times chips density with the same price and 1,35 performance increase with the same power.
Update: New rumor just came ,
it said PS5 will be using Navi 9 ( a cut down version) , will have 4697 sp , a cut down 384 bit bust size so it will be 320 bit, and will be using 2.2 Gbps GDDR6 speed . Will be equal or more to RTX 2080.
New rumor just came from Resetera Forum from Jason Schreier: Sony will and Microsoft aiming more than 10,7 teraflop that google has with their Stadia performance. https://www.resetera.com/threads/rumor-next-gen-consoles-coming-2020-sony-microsoft-are-aiming-higher-than-10-7-teraflops-gpu.107952/
