I'm actually pretty impressed that you remember so much of the story you dreamt up in your sleep. I wish I could do that, hehe.
As for the story, it sounds like it should be split into two parts since it would make sense for a time skip to happen. For more impact, then have the MC experience those events as a result of the Eastern King's acts, or somesuch [then the timeskip should happen].
I'm not a good writer, by any means, but I want to see something come out of this, at least.
