Don't know why people are surprised by the Xbox, they had deals throughout the month of November, starting out with $100 off any Xbox with the purchase of RDR2, had the most Black Friday console deals (I counted at least 7) and even now, all their product line is still on sale.
PS4's non black Friday deals really did them in (for a down Y/Y), not in a bad way but looking at them , both the BLOPS4 and RDR2 Pro deal are $50 too expensive. After the PS4 Spiderman deal, there was no real incentive to buy a PS4 because there was no fallback deal.
Switch's non black Friday games release schedule (Pokemon mid-November and Smash mid-december) are keeping their sales elevated.
All three did great for the month and all three over a million is something.
