A new store is a good step in the direction of new things and I believe the people who do the store are different than the ones working on things like in-game XMB and Home.

The new store is great. Everything is fast and smooth. Only complaint is the pictures could load a bit faster, but I am sure it will be tweaked in the future.
I love the new interface, but not the pictures.
New interface is brilliant, though it would help if the pictures loaded quicker, but that will be resolved
I will get the SS HD content, and then Warhawk BM and MGO (open beta in Europe!!!) when they release... it's going to be a good weekend

It loads a lot faster, but the pics are really slow, though sony say that will be sorted out soon
