It might make the sight too cluttered otherwise. VGChartz, the killer of free expression and individuality.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

It has always been that way. If Europe and then others was made others would be too small to worry about IMO.

I'm European so where is my chart!!!

You can stick everyone else refered to in 'others' somewhere else

...and while I'm at it why does 'America' have an American flag when it also includes Canada as well as I presume other counties to the south.

It's bad enough for the poor bastards to have to live so close to the USA without having to be lumped in with them for statistics as well!! :P

lol

:P

must be funniest post I have read on VG Chartz yet lol

I'm Canadian and I have no problem with it.

but that's no fair comparison

because Canada actually IS a part of America, so there is nothing wrong with that (only the US flag on top of the chart is misleading, but understandable, America has no flag anyway)

besides that
the US market is almost all America's sales

where Europe is not a part of Others, cause Others is quite nothing,
but it's also the far biggest market of Others,

but still,
if you split it up, where do you fit in those small (Others minus Europe) sales?

so I can live with it,
until the rest of Others becomes big enough to form a significant region without Europe,
but that's not the case yet..

P.S. please blame this fking keyboard for missing letters in topic title!

Well think about it, Is there a flag that represents all of North America or Europe and Asian countries? No. There's a great saying and it's "you don't have the right to never be offended" and you really shouldn't because they just chose the best representative of each region for the flag.

P.S. I really appreciate the insults to U.S. If you think all Americans are stupid then you're the idiot for being prejudice.

I don't object to being referred to as Others. The Others region is more geographically diverse than NA and Japan. To refer to the region as Europe ignores all the territories that exist outside of Europe. Others is definately more appropriate.

Last time I checked Canada was in North America.............

1. While the EU is the largest block of gaming sales in 'Others', that is comprised of mostly the UK's sales. Being that the EU is the biggest block of sales, you get the flag.

2. US flag because US is the largest block of sales in the region, and technically the world.
