Forums - Gaming Discussion - Sometimes you just don't want to play a BAD game.

When I say "bad" I don't mean a game of poor quality.  I mean a game where you have to make moral decisions.  Sometimes you're just not in the mood to be an evil prick in a video game.

I'm a big fan of the inFamous franchise loved the first two on the PS3.  Been playing Second Son on the PS4 (Where else?!).  When a game offers moral decisions, I normally would go with "bad" the first time around and then go "good" to end the game on a high note before I retire the game on its shelf.  I think I'm like almost halfway through the game so far.  But for some reason, I feel like such a prick this time around when playing the "bad" side of the game.  And I don't take morals in games very seriously.  It's all fantasy, it's all entertainment.  In the case of inFamous, I want to see the game in its entirety.  But man, I'm having such a hard time seeing Delsin devolve little by little and how it might affect his relationship with his brother.  It's kind of like watching Walter White slowly slip into darkness but not quite as dramatic.  I might have to alternate between a "happier" game to offset the evil karma side.

Ha. Same. I had serious trouble playing bad in KOTOR, although I did 3 evil playthroughs ( 6 total ). Poor Mission Vao! Poor Zaalbar! Disgusting.

- there was also an interaction with a poor female NPC that I basically took everything from and left for dead in KOTOR 2. Can't remember the specifics, but it was terrible.
