So it seems a Direct may be on the horizon as we have seen several times when games have went up on Amazon. 

 

Also Gamescom is around the corner so it could be to do with that.

I remember Nintendo saying they still had games to announce for the end of the year. I could see a 2D mario and stuff like that.

Just like last year, I’m expecting a Nindies Direct for Gamescom, just like the Nindies at Night. Retail listing could also mean retail of specific indie games.

True there is the Nindies direct that usually happens end of august.
I expect the next full on direct to be mid september to talk about online service and some games.
