If you are someone who has to talk to a few or more (many more) people, you don't have the chance to go around and talk to everyone.

That's why i said before you can't give such an advice and also cover all the possibilities of a given dream not being possible. It's up to the listener to see if said dream is at it's reach or not.

Motivational speech is something that I find very shallow and usually don't like much.
