Japan should've gone full Uruguay after 2-0, there was no reason to have most players on enemy field on minute 93 and playing by air against a much taller team

Belgium looked weak, too many premiere league players make them look like they are top class but I don't trust them, they haven't played against any big team yet

That Japan loss was heartbreaking. An Asian team going forward would have been epic. This and Iran were very heartbreaking personally.
That said I hope someone new wins. I'm tired of the usual suspects always winning. This world cup does show promise in that

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also

Japan put up a good attempt at least. It could have ended worse.

I was expecting worse.

Someone told proud champions that they should fear a team that have a hard time against the likes of Wales and Japan. I wouldn’t call that being cocky.

That first bold is certainly cocky though. Proclaiming yourselves champions when the Round of 16 hasn't even concluded yet?

I believe he is talking about Brazil having 5 Cups and Belgium 0... so the cocky would be the one brazil should fear Belgium.

This is what I don't like about the World Cup, it's almost always the favourites that win.

You must not like sport in general then. The favourites usually win, otherwise they wouldn't be the favourites

We have had quite a few upsets still though. Germany or Spain for example.

Argentina as well. Actually there have been a lot of upsets in this World Cup.

Brazil are going to be laughing after that the Japanese played Belgium's defence across the park in the second half the thought of De Jesus and co having that much space is going to be a long day for Coutrois in the goal.

Well not sure if Belgium will be as open against Brazil as it was against Japan... most teams tend to be very compacted and closed against Brazil... Mexico didn't and lost.

Im not sure who i rather see win brazil or belgium.
I think i go with the team that puts on the least acting

Why not the team that play better and fairer?

Belgium it is then

They can be cocky though they're the most successful team that's he means by that.

I’m not saying we’re going to win. I mean “champions” due to previous titles, In the same vein that Germany, Spain, France, Argentina and Uruguay are champions. This one is in the air, anyone can win it. I think you misunderstood what I said (or I didn’t say it the right way due to not being fluent in English).

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

For some reason Japan decided to go all out rather than defend.

Good for you to already know who will play better... and pretty precious that you take more offense on someone that is hit overreacting than the person doing malicious hit and pretending to do nothing.

I wonder if you'd be saying all of this if you weren't Brazilian.
