It's good, I was talked into getting an extra one (at a cut price rate). The guy had one and let me hold it, and I thought it was rather cool... So yea... I like it... got the game with an extra wii wheel for 40 english pounds

BTW I was 2nd in my first online race when using the wii wheel (haven't tried out the other control methods)... against seasoned players (well they had golden wii wheel icons-btw what does that mean)

i played it for 2 days now (approx 5 hours a day) and it is in 1 word amazing. It feels smooth, good and once you get really used to it it's better than the GC controller

I also played a lot of matches online, already got a rating of 5700 (you start at 5000)

First race was terrible but after that I was used to it and it became quite good. I have no intention of playing MK without it.

It's not as nice as the sixaxis for steering as there is a lack of trigger buttons and so on but it looks better than the current arrangement of holding a wiimote sideways !
Pitty Sony do not support OS based motion for car games and leave it to the games developers. Polyphony are clueless about motion sensing - which is sad as even the best graphics cant make up for the fact that steering with a thumbstick in GT5 Prologue totally destroys the game's realisim.
At least nintendo seem to recognise that motion sensing steering is something people actually want to use -
I hope the WiiWheel does really well at least nintendo are prepared to innovate.

It takes getting use to, but I quickly became comfortable with it. I use it all the time now and have only tried the GC controller once, which was very nice to use but Wii Wheel is the way to go.

My only complaints would be that the enlarged B button usually get pressed whenever I put it down and after prolonged use my right thumb starts to hurt from pressing 2.

There's a small learning curve for the Wii Wheel. But after that, it is totally awesome! Great, accurate... AND you can do tricks with it (cannot be done with the Cube-controller).

Maybe when you are trying to beat time-trial times on a pro-level you might wanna go for a more 'conventional' strearing-mechanism though!

Well at first it felt weird but after a couple of matches i love it. I'm better when playing with Wiimote-Nunchuck combo but still it's not nearly as fun.

I went to gamestation and had a go with myfriends, we all had the wheel and had a blast. It's fun for this type of game and it's build really well.
