Some people will believe GT 3 will still remain the best racer game in the series even with GT 5 appearing next year. GT 5 Prologue is indeed better than Forza 2.

Ive played both, Forza was the one reason i was thinking about a 360. But ive desided ps3 is good enough for me.

Between the 2. i was have to say they both have advantages,

Forza: Seems a little bit arcade, but has very good drifting tech,

Gt5:P: feels very realistic i love it *flat foot in the corvette c06 SIDEWAYNESS :)

I would rather forza 2, only because its a the whole game. GT5 when it comes out easyy

Forza 2 has far more features, and is more realistic than GT5P, I've only played a demo of Forza 2 and a brief period at a mates with GT5P, but I prefer F2's gameplay.

Of course, GT5 proper will kick F2's butt in every area except perhaps gameplay (and maybe not realism if it doesn't have damage.

GT5P has better graphics. But Forza 2 as a simulation is ahead on several fronts. As a racing simulation Forza 2 wins. As a half arcade half sim GT5p wins. Depends if you want Realistic racing or more arcadey. Basically Forza takes alot longer to master the driving of different cars. GT5 P is more accesble. Online though GT5P is poor.

You say that gt is easy to switch between car. yes it is. with traction control, But for it to be a real simulator you take that off and see what happens.

GO from a All wheel drive to a rear wheel then comment.

I have played GT5P going on maybe 5 hours now. And I never use any assistss. Forza 2 is more realistic racing game. Reasons: No damage ruins GT5p online. Noone cares about using you as a brake. AI inGT5p is poor. Rather than move off racing line to take you they ram you up the back. On your own in GT5p it's great. But with other racers it's to arcadey.

well you cant really make a comparison at the moment because prologue is....a prologue its not the full gme. full gt5 is out next year.

but what i will say is this, if you took 75 cars and 6 tracks from forza then compared them gt5p is the clear winner.

gt5p drives superbly and the time attack modes are really addictive, the sound of the engine is stunning.

what makes gt5p tower above forza, not only in the grafix dept, but the quick tune option you can do before a race, it has  so many options to tune the handling to suit your own driving.

Maybe we are on to different pages because, i wasn't talking bout the Ai, it was just talking about the handling, i agree with the dodgey Ai in GT5:P . Like if you spin out or what have you they just drive straight into you,

But what i was saying is that it isn't that easy to switch from a powerful all wheel drive to and powerful rear wheel. When in A class with traction control and all that, it doesn't really allow for you to use them as brakes, if you do your car will swing side to soo violently. But im just talking about when at high speeds.

 Exactly, to buy gt5p which is like a 3rd of the game? waste really when you can get a full game for around the same price...............
