Yeah, half the tweets in the OP didn't load for me, and my own tweet didn't show up when I posted it, but I figured it would show eventually. I've seen this happen before.
The problem is, some times it's hard to know if someone has posted a tweet, like in the case of my post.

I think they have for XBox during one of XBox's anniversaries...

NoA in Redmond Washington is across the street and practically surrounded by Microsoft buildings so that might have something to do with it.
