Tool for October is a little off.

So now results are in, seems this is the first month this tool got the positioning wrong. Seems the end of year is definitely going to be difficult to predict in this way, however it did perform admirably for the summer months. Used ratios from tool against NPD sales numbers to make the bottom table, which makes it easier to understand how undertracked/overtracked each system was imo.

Yeah, just one day. He also said that he thought that Switch will very down YoY but Switch start selling much better, than he thought it will YoY up.

He also said that in November for now Switch is doing very strong, much better than in last year in same time period.

Well, seems that one day wasn't enough. Going by Benji, the first week of November was massive for Switch but only a drop of that fell in October. Oh well. I had an inkling this would be the period where things get tough for the tool.

November could be better since we don't have that situation happening again, but could also be a problem given the sheer rate at which things sell out and erratically jump up and down the charts due to stock. And then comes Black Friday where everything soars upwards. So the tool will likely struggle with Q4.

Oh and yeah Kerotan, very not cool. The tool has been very accurate overall. Holidays have always been tough to track, even the amazon charts were off at times during the days when they were viewed as near flawless. It's the nature of the Q4 and also the nature of these kinds of release date timings.
